Ingredients
- 2 slices white bread
- 2 tbsp French mustard
- 5 oz honey-smoked turkey slices
- 3 strips cooked bacon
- 1 ripe beefsteak tomato, sliced
- 1 slice American cheese
- 1 slice Muenster cheese
- 1 slice Swiss cheese
- 6 thin slices ripe avocado
- 2 leaves iceberg lettuce
- 1 dash Ranch dressing
- 1 dash Lawry’s seasoning salt
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 1 dash Italian spices
- 1 Kosher dill pickle (optional, for serving)
- 1 large sheet foil
Instructions
Prepare the Bread:
- Spread Miracle Whip (or mayonnaise) on one slice of bread and French mustard on the other.
Season and Layer Lettuce:
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the Miracle Whip and layer with iceberg lettuce.
Add Tomato and Cheese:
- Add the sliced tomato over the lettuce, sprinkle with Lawry’s seasoning salt, and top with the American cheese.
Layer Turkey and Avocado:
- Add half the turkey slices, followed by 3 slices of avocado. Add the remaining turkey slices and top with the Swiss cheese.
Bacon and Dressing:
- Drizzle Ranch dressing over the Swiss cheese. Stack the cooked bacon strips, followed by the remaining avocado slices and the Muenster cheese.
Season and Assemble:
- Add a dash of cayenne pepper for a spicy kick. Close the sandwich with the second slice of bread.
Wrap and Serve:
- Wrap the sandwich tightly in foil, press gently, and cut through the foil and sandwich using a sharp knife. Serve alongside a Kosher dill pickle for added flavor.
